Description
The Administrative Coordinator is a home based role responsible for a variety of support and administrative duties including internal TravelOnly bookings for events, cruises, conferences, etc and first line support yo our travel advisors.
Requirements
Major Areas of Responsibility
• Work closely with VP of Training to assist with new advisor bookings
• Coordinate TravelOnly group bookings for TravelOnly conferences and symposiums at sea
• Update with new posts and communications from suppliers and important items delegated by TravelOnly team
• Attend conferences and training workshops and assist with check in details and other administrative activities.
• Assist VP of Client Success with customer service issues and escalations (coordinating with TravelOnly advisor, investigations, etc)
• Act as the travel advisor for internal TravelOnly clients as requested
Key Performance Areas / Key Deliverables
• Responds to all training requests within 1 business day
• Supplier pages updated on a quarterly basis
• Successfully manages all internal TravelOnly bookings
Knowledge
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• TICO certified travel advisor
• 5+ years working with a host agency as a travel advisor or administrator
• Proficient with use of all MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent written communication skills
• Excellent organization skills. Must maintain a smooth workflow while dealing with a high volume, fast-paced work environment
• High attention to detail
