Prométour Educational Tours is a specialist in student groups travel and is part of the Prométour group of companies, which has grown over the past 27 years, establishing offices in Montreal, Paris, Malaga & San Diego. At Prométour, we help students discover, share, and understand the diversity and beauty of the world.

The Next Prometopian must be a naturally driven person, detail-oriented, reliable, organized, able to work under pressure and who is eager to join a small yet vibrant Production Team.

Excellent spoken and written French and English; Spanish would be a asset.

Your future job description as a group coordinator :

Manage and create technical itineraries in our system.
Manage group confirmations, bookings and logistics adjustments.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Optimize budget control and cost levels for each trip
Manage payments and approve supplier invoices of your groups
