Full Time Virtual Employment Opportunity for a Canadian home-based travel advisor to join a thriving Virtuoso travel agency, ready to grow & meet increasing demand.

We're looking for someone to work remotely, managing a calendar of groups which are referred to us for destinations such as:

• Dominican Republic
• Mexico

• social groups

The right candidate can expect to participate with our team in attending FAMs on site to further their knowledge on our key partners with compensation corresponding to experience and performance.

Requirements

We need someone who is available in daytime hours, a person who's very detail oriented, organized, and able to manage 12-25 travel groups using Excel spreadsheets efficiently.

Excellent written & verbal communication skills, working knowledge of basic office software.

Customer support for groups during travel where necessary.

Knowledge

Familiar with the brands and destinations we work with most often.

Familiarity with Sabre software is a plus.

Proficient with Excel for keeping groups organized, including final billing dates, invoicing, etc.
