TA & Customer Support Agent

Description

ACP Marketing is a company that specializes in international and distribution of passenger railway/coach/ferry products including BritRail, Japan Rail, etc. We distribute these products through various channels such as web-based systems, proprietary sales system, call centers and GDS networks.

Requirements

Working in our Helpdesk and assisting in pricing you will be responsible for:

Handling incoming calls.

Providing customers with information and processing orders.

Assisting customers with information and technical issues.

Interface with various booking systems (GDS, Railnet).

Inputting/updating prices.

Ensure all systems are accurately updated.

Perform regular quality assurance.

This position will require occasional shift work on a rotational basis, to cover the European and Asian market business hours.

The international nature of the position requires that the working language is in English.

Knowledge

College level.

Experience in the travel industry an advantage.

Knowledge of GDS is considered an asset.

Good working knowledge of Word/Excel.

Good skills in organization and strong initiative.

Two weeks vacation.

After a positive 3 month evaluation - Group insurance.

Full-time. Permanent.

Salary: $28,800/year.
